Caring For The Saltbush Barrier

Monthly Tidal Flushing Schedule

This Information is for the Venice Canal’s tidal gates at Washington Blvd. operated by Mariposa Horticultural.  Mariposa also does the maintenance in the Canals.  It is a twice weekly “flushing” schedule, when possible.  The “flushing” maintains water quality and water level, and for canal maintenance when the water is low.    The schedule depends Read more…
